Home Care

- The aim of the Palliative Care Team is to deliver quality end of life care to patients where a cure is not attainable. To support and assist their families and other professional carers

- The service is provided to the people of North Westmeath.

- The service is funded by voluntary donations to the North Westmeath Hospice through cheques, gifts and fundraising events
